2.What you can raise
- Anything about how TrustShot processes your personal data, including a request under sections 11 to 14 of the DPDP Act that you feel was not handled properly.
- A complaint about content on a Trust Center hosted on TrustShot, under rule 3(2) of the IT Rules, 2021.
- If your grievance is about a company’s own Trust Center data practices, that company is the Data Fiduciary; contact it first. We will help route your request.
3.How to raise it
Email the Grievance Officer with the subject “Grievance”, your name, the email or mobile you used with TrustShot, and what happened. Include the page address if it is about content. We will not ask for more personal data than we need to identify you.
4.Timelines

5.Escalation to the Data Protection Board
If you are not satisfied with our response to a personal data grievance, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India under section 27 of the DPDP Act, through the digital means it provides. See also our Privacy Notice.
