2.Prohibited content
You must not host or share content that is unlawful under Indian law, including content described in rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. In particular, content that:
- belongs to another person and which you have no right to share, or infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right;
- contains personal data you have no lawful basis to disclose;
- contains malware or code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
- is defamatory, deceptive, or threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India or public order.
3.Protecting the platform
- Do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of TrustShot except under our Responsible Disclosure Policy.
- Do not bypass access controls, rate limits or the document watermark, or access another customer’s data.
- Do not use the service to send unsolicited messages, or create accounts in bulk or by automated means.
